Dominique Riley is a Black, bilingual storyteller from baton rouge, la…

After completing two degrees in Creative Writing and Psychology from Louisiana State University, Dominique moved to Florida to complete an MFA at FSU FILM. While in Tallahassee, Dominique developed multiple projects (half-hour, hour-long, and feature-length) and worked on over twenty live-action and animated productions.

As a fluent Spanish speaker and the granddaughter of a Voodoo practitioner, Dominique blends her roots with her Spanish education to tell stories featuring people of color who encounter worlds greater than they can possibly imagine. She enjoys writing genre, dramas, and adult animation.

When not practicing the age-old adage of “butt in the seat, hands on the keyboard”, Dominique can be found exploring nature, bouldering, or enjoying the latest set of e-sports tournaments!
